It would start out in a ship which would lead you onto the ships outside, after that section, you get an area that leads to a whales mouth, there is an achievement for this level that is named "Evil Dentist" which is destroying all the teeth destroyables in the whale's mouth, during the escape, the ship turns into a sunken ship
