Capital City Film Festival Award


Hey all,

First off, thank you so much for playing and supporting our game.

From Dark To Light recently was entered into and won first place in the Capital City Film Festival Game Contest! This was a huge deal for us and a deciding factor in what we decide to do with the game from here on out.

Our next step is to enter the game into IndieCade and the Student IGF this fall.

Finally, once the summer rolls around, we plan to turn the game into a finished product.

Once again, thanks for playing, and look forward to game updates in the near future.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

One of the most critical update for Sunblaze demo. Now you are able to pet a cat! Finally!
