Two bald and surprisingly strong men who originated from comics, often getting into cartoony and goofy shenanigans, often by beating the shmuck outta whatever bad guy's in their way, but only after they obtain their powers through different means (Mr. Krupp becoming Underpants when George and Harold snap their fingers and Popeye eating his spinach). Both were left by their true parents as a child for different reasons (Underpants' parents sent him to Earth to save him, since their planet was being destroyed, and Popeye's father leaving Popeye because he was so ugly), before eventually being adopted by other people (Underpants' weird dolphin parents and Whaler Joe).

Oh, that and they're the most popular opponents for a certain caped-baldy.
