I think im going insane i caused a really bad thing and ive been crying for about an hour I tried venting but it didnt help i feel like im going to vomit and I havent said sorry enough but im afraid and everything hurts and i just dont know what to do and its horrible all ive done the last few hours is sit around and listen to lovejoy and cry i dont know how to get better and it sucks. I need therapy.
