Chum Bucket's Return | New Content Update!

Hello hello! This was an update I've been meaning to get around to for years and now I've finally done it. More random events to endless mode, a best score counter, graphical touch ups and a brand new ending to discover along with so many quality of life changes and additions. I hope you enjoy this update! It's not something I'll normally do for these old parody games, but the AM series still holds a special place in my heart and I owe these games some love for all they've done for me.

Added: The SpongeBob font to all menus
Added: An alternate bad ending if you get caught during the final chase sequence
Added: Seven new random events to Endless Mode
Added: Endless Mode now displays your best score in both the mainmenu and gameover screen
Added: SpongeBob themed skyboxes
Added: New textures for the Chum Monster
Added: Smooth rotation to all AI
Changed: The textures on both the spawn, poof and oil particle effects
Changed: The jumpscare animations now take place in-game with a camera animation instead of a set of animated pngs
Changed: The Plankton Zombie is now rigged with a set of animations
Changed: Random Events will now always occur in Endless Mode
Changed: Increased the brightness of your flashlight
Reworked: Every map's lighting and fog is now both easier to see and visually prettier
Reworked: The 'Lights Out' random event will now have a dark fog surrounding the player instead of saturating the post process settings to imitate darkness
Reworked: Redesigned some areas in the Chum Bucket to feel more fair and reduce dead ends
Fixed: A bug where the sound effect that plays when Karen spawns was lacking sound virtualization
Fixed: A bug where the Chum Monster wouldn't despawn when escaping and completing a day in Endless Mode
Fixed: A bug with the pause menu requiring you to double click buttons
Fixed: A bug where Spongebot would spawn during the final chase sequence

So what game made me want to be a dev? Y'all already know the answer to that, LOL

This game itself has very much inspired most of my work, from its atmosphere to its various game elements. #Devruary

What's a game I wish I could replay for the first time? My Friendly Neighborhood, for sure. This was SUCH an amazing game. From beginning to end I loved it to bits and I wish I could reexperience it!

I do not feel good delaying Dave.EXE from Q1 to Q2. Between work slowing me down, to experiencing burn out, I feel like it's taking me forever to push this out! I won't cut content for the sake of getting it out sooner, but man it's all frustrating. ;w;

Boofie's Bunker V2.0 deserves a whole lot more attention. It's such a solid update to an already amazing game and I highly recommend you check it out if you haven't yet!

Something that always bugs me is when horror games are practically pitch black and they give you a free but very dim flashlight to start with. Now you have to level up and/or buy a stronger flashlight just to be able to see. This is bad game design imo.

Hihi, I think I threw out my back

(Warning Jumpscare) Been experimenting in VR with different mechanics and stuff for plugging stuff in, pressing things and swinging to break stuff. Ended up making a small prototype that scared me quite a bit. Might turn this into an actual game, lol

A game I always seem to find myself coming back to is Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. The artstyle, the atmosphere, the characters, the lore, it always brings me back. If I could, I'd love to collaborate with the developers one day!

Today is 3AM at the Krusty Krab's 8 year anniversary! Fun times those were.

Thinking about the pony game.
