Amoled theme + new animatronic creator look with errors.

Before creating a project or entering one you are greeted by this screen. Buttons hide away with a pull down menu that can be dragged open on mobile or opened with a mouse hover for pc. :)

Does anybody know how to fix this? I'm playing vanilla java

A new design that we are using for everything. Small flat buttons that are not jumping from color to color. Buttons were apparently all images also which was taking quite a bit of space. What do you all think?
