Completely remade Project Joaco 1 Guide for every mode and enemy!

This is a remake of my old PJ 1 v2.0 guide, since i don't like it. I'm planning on remaking all of the guides, so they are full and have actually helpful stuff.

First of all, what do we have in Project JoaCo 1?

In Project JoaCo 1 we have camera system, doors, power, lights and event ventilation system. All of these things are needed in the gameplay, and mix well, if you try to beat max modes.

But who do we defend against?

We defend against 6 (in main nights) or 11 (in additional nights) enemies.
And let's get to them!

Gaston - they are one of the hardest enemies in whole game. They will go from stage, to your left corridor, where they will make footstep sound. After that, they can appear at your door at any moment, soon after appearing he will go from window to door, making him completely invisible in both door and hall camera, however you can know they left it if you see them on stage or dinning room. Yes, there is NO normal way to know if they left, however, I can help with what i can. On max ai, it usually takes him 7 seconds to leave, so after closing it, you can count to 7 and then open door.

Tisi - they are mostly similar to Gaston, however they will go to right door, instead of left one. After coming to it, if you open and close cams before flashing the door, you will be able to see them trying to get into your office but fail, giving you a sign that you have to close the door. They are basically an easier version of Gaston, since you will be able to see them in the window after flashing. For a tip, keep pulling cams up and down to see if Tisi attacks you.

Lucas - the run killer, and that's NOT a joke. They will sit in their cove on Cam 3. They will basically act like foxy, requiring you to watch them to keep them at bay, though he works a bit different. First of all, the longer you watch him, the longer he will be stalled for, which means that for efficient stall, you have to watch for a long time. However, due to you not being quite able to do that during the max mode, when he runs out of cove: he will play a small cutscene in front of you, that allows to see if any other door character appears, run to your left door, only taking 5% of power consistently(8% on insane mode). You can make his attack longer, by closing door later, since he has 2 timers: kill timer and hit timer. Once you close the door and he is about to run in office his kill timer will stop, and hit timer will start. Though you won't be able to get a lot of use from that, since you will only get a few seconds from that. You can't flash doors or open cams during his attack, which will make you die to a few other characters. For a tip, at the start of the night, open his cam and then keep opening and closing cams, so he is stalled pretty well.

JoaCo - the man himself. Every time he moves, he will laugh, increasing it's volume the closer he is to you. He can go to either door, which takes same amount of movements, and when he does, he will make a really loud laugh and hide in the dark of any of the doors. From that moment, you have random amount of time, being 1-7 seconds, to find and deal with him. If he has his eyes glowing - you should keep the lights at him. If his eyes are empty - then you have to close the door on him. However, enemies can stack on one door, so if you are sure he is on the door, but it's closed, you can just turn on light, and he will go away. You can do that on both doors, though it will be really power consuming. As a tip for him, i can say to pay attention to his laughs, since it's really hard to notice laughs sometimes. If you get lucky for JoaCo to attack you at the same time as Lucas, and you have to flash him... Let's just say, you are cooked.

Leandro/Endodro - the RNGest enemy in the game. They will go in ventilation system, where you can see him, sometimes turning off the ventilation itself. To prevent dying from heat, you just have to turn on ventilation back on by clicking the small button, and you better do it every time he turns it off, since at 80 degrees, your screen will become more red, making it hard to defend against others. Since they are in ventilation system, you have to constantly look at where they are, so you don't die. Once he is right in front of your office, close the vent seal, to not die. But why is he the RNGest enemy? Well you see, him turning off ventilation and moving is INSANELY RNG dependent. He can move as often as every 1 second, and turn off ventilation every movement. There is just no limit to how bad your luck can be against him. The tip i can give is mostly related to ventilation reset. To easily reset it, hover over left end of cam button, and keep your cursor at table level.

After this point, there are spoilers! Keep reading on your own risk!

Shadow JoaCo/S.J. - they are the first secret enemy, only unlocked after first max mode(5/10). After you beat first max mode, go to extra menu and hover over top right corner of the screen. Shadow JoaCo themselves aren't really a threat, but rather a timer. They will always be behind you, materializing if you watch at them, and eventually killing you. To avoid it, just turn around. The next attack is basically golden freddy. After closing cams, there will be a chance of them appearing in front of you, requiring you to open cams back. They give you enough time to check behind and both doors at good speed. If you get to be lucky enough that they attack you, and Lucas is here too... You are dead as well:/ The only tip i can give is be fast.

Mister - they are the second secret enemy, unlocked after beating S.J. night. To get to their night, you have to get to main menu, and hover over left top corner of the screen to access it. He is really one of the easiest enemies to deal with, due to them always showing what they do. When they attack, they have a chance of doing 2 attacks: door and vent. If you get lucky for door attack, he will show a sign showing where he will attack you. You have to close respective door, though you can open it after first knock. If you get lucky for second attack though, you won't see anything in cameras, but after closing it, you will see Mister standing in front of you, having sign telling you to turn back. This very moment will be the hardest thing to do, since S.J. won't allow you to turn back for long time, as well as you have to avoid others, and you will get really lucky if Leandro/Endodro are in the last third of the vent, since seal will keep after turning around. To deal with him, you have to close the vent right before him getting to you. This attack is the worst one, making it really hard to defend against Mister. As for the tip... There is nothing i can tell:/ Just make sure to keep temp below 80 and be fast.

Ghosts - enemies, originating from Insane mode, but are also a modifier for custom night. I will categorize them together, since they basically act the same. Once any of them jumpscares you, you wont be able to use cameras for some time. Spiky - they will arise on your left if you look at door side, to avoid them, you have to open cams. Pooky - they will appear at cams, requiring you to close them. Spidy - they will appear at your desk, requiring you to click them, so you avoid the jumpscare. There is currently a bug where if you get jumpscared by them once, cameras will still be usable after any other jumpscare.

Easter eggs(yes, i count them as enemies) - both of them will only appear after closing cams. Amogus one will emit A LOT of noise, making it hard to hear anything. The golden JoaCo one will block your vision a lot. To deal with them, you have to open cams back on, though they don't make it THAT hard to play anyway.

Now, what nights do we have?

First of all, let's talk about power system in this game. There is nothing really to talk about, but it actually seems that the higher ai of enemies is, the less power you use, which makes nights 1-6 harder than max modes.

Now, let's get to first max mode, which is also known as 5/10. Really, just use tips i said: spam open and close cams on Lucas cam, if you see Tisi trying to get in - close the door, flash left door, and alsways pay attention to JoaCo. Just by doing that, you will beat it easily.

The first secret night, being S.J. night. It's basically the same, but S.J. has a chance of appearing sometimes, at 3-4 AM everything will become gray, making it hard to see JoaCo eyes, after that there will be more and more static on your screen, and also everyone is at 8 Ai. Since after 3-4 AM everything will be gray, everytime you will see JoaCo, it will be better to defend in both ways. Other than that, there are no tips i can give you.

The second secret night, being Mister Night. It will be harder, mainly due to Mister attacking. Unlike S.J. night, there is nothing interesting happening in the night, so just follow the tips and that's it.

The true max mode, or also known as 7/10. It's pretty easy ngl. At the start of the night, open cam 3, and keep doing this cycle: check left door -> check Leandro/Endodro -> open cam -> close cam. If you see anyone, defend againt them, and you will be fine.

The insane mode is only unlocked after beating all presets. It isn't really harder than true max mode. Every enemy is less active, however Ghosts start attacking you, as well as JoaCo is faster and Lucas takes more power upon hitting the door. Cycle is basically the same, you just have to deal with ghosts too.

All challenge mode is the "hardest" mode in the game. It really is easier than insane mode. The problem comes from S.J., who is WAY mroe active and you barely having power to spare. The cycle stays the same, but you should try to do it slower, so you save power.

Infinite night mode is literally just survive for some time and that's it.

That's basically it! I told everything i could about this game, and now it's a fact. The only thing i didn't mention is a lot more eater eggs, though they don't harm you, unlike the 2 office ones. Next up will be Project JoaCo 2 Guide remake, with all achievements this time.
