"Concept 01" is because, really Simon is up for interpretation from his worded description[1] (which I'm going to tell later)

I have indeed revamped Souls from undertale's logic :p

For those thinking Simon's soul is Justice, correct! However over that he is actually a Gold soul (if that makes any sense)

Wonder if I still have the concept image of Souls I drew...

Anyway we have types, and we also have a hierarchy! Normal, Shiny, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum; all ordered from weakest to strongest. Platinum is stated to be 10 times stronger than Diamond souls. Diamond being 5x stronger than gold, which is twice as strong as silver, which is 6 times stronger than shiny (which is 3 times stronger than normal)

Add that up and platinum is 900 times stronger than a normal soul :O (if I did my math right I'm eepy its nearly midnight LEABE ME ALON-)

Though no one has actually seen a platinum soul, and therefore nobody believes in it's existence.

Simon is indeed from the DS game Dragon Quest IX Stars of the Sentinel Sky (or Dragon Quest 9 for all you care). Simon wasn't always a Kemonomimi wolf: he was a Celestrial[2] who had fallen from the Observatory[3]

After a few centuries, lost friends, lost allies, innocence being killed, trauma and one heck of a one piece ahh story. Simon is the last Celestrial in existence. They haven't died or anything (good ending yippee ^^). They went to heaven due to them completing their duties. Simon refused to go because "I want to stay here. My heaven is here. On earth! I want to explore all the vast worlds[4] there are! And thanks to your gifts[5], I have all the time to do so." On the same note, Simon is also the last living All-star in existence, all-star being a rare vocation/class that essentially is a wild card in uno. The rest of the all-stars died out (bad ending naur :<). And the kicker is that Simon is the last Celestrial AND All-star! And the double kicker is that he is also a Golden Soul :O

Jesus that's 3 special things about him!

But wait!

He is so powerful he may as well be considered a 5 year olds oc!

He can wipe the floor with a mob of 60 easily with one hand tied!

He could punch a tree over (if he tried, he's never done it bcuz it's stupid)

He could take a hit from a tank (as in a bulky person) and brush it off!

But this comes with a catch... His mentality.

As his one piece ahh life story progresses he becomes less and less mentally ok. The real catalyst is the Darkness. Ya know the Pibby Darkness that died ages ago? That.

There has been two Dark Wars, (like world war, but darkness wars. Across the Megaverse{1} instead)

Megaverse wasn't my idea for the name.

And his mental health slowly spirals from there.

Until he meets Vivi, after Tails had died (tails from the "What if Tails and Sonic never met" comic, gotta remember the name). And yes it's the same Vivi that is with Reian, well... Not the same.

Worlds can sometimes have a cloned timeline[4].

After Simon took Vivi with him, alongside Neo, they became pretty close. And in fact Vivi started getting a crush on Simon. So much so he burst out how much he loved Simon in a random PMD world[4]. Simon (obviously) was a bit uncomfortable about it, because... Well ya know dating a flipping vulpix?!

There was an opportunity that Vivi took immediately that let Vivi and neo get their own Kemonomimi p-shifts! So now Vivi is a Kemonomimi Vulpix (and respectively Neo is now a Kemonomimi pikachu, pretty cool too) and now the relationship between Vivi and Simon isn't as weird.

And from there Simon's mental health is a bit better than a few hundred years ago.

Now I get to go into the fun stuff :D

[1] Simon's Description:

Simon is a Kemonomimi wolf, a grey wolf to be exact. He wears a... I don't even know how many different coloured hoodies man has worn. Right now it's a black and white striped hoodie (as drawn). He always wears soap shoes, a hoodie of some colour and tracksuit trousers. He also has a Prismod[6] on his left arm (as drawn). He has yellow eyes, but since... Uh the INCEDENT his left eye is tinted dark purple.

[2] What is a Celestrial?

A Celestrial isn't a made up thing, it's from dragon quest 9. I just innovated it :p.

It is a weaker version of an angel who's job is to _guide lost souls into the after life_

Celestrials tend to only have a silver soul max. Simon is just special! The chosen one you might say.

[3] What is the Observatory?

Location in Dragon Quest 9, which is an island in the sky where the celestrials belong.

[4] Worlds?

Yes, there is a vast range of worlds. They're all just different fan fics/fics. And this logic isn't patented (it wouldn't be anyway but you know what I mean) so anyone could include their worlds into the ever growing megaverse!

There are a few sci-fi worlds like Spectrobes (also a DS game now canon to Simon) that provide ships that move between these planets.

[5] wdym by gifts?

Celestrial's Gift. Main ability which is actually a tree of abilities. Two abilities are Respawnable Immortality and the ability to switch forms like a fucking lego game character select in freeplay (but he has a max of 12 slots).

Alongside respawnable immortality he cannot get sick. Meaning he'd die of old age only right? Nope. He paused aging completely because of the darkness. Good job he used an anti-aging stone otherwise he'd be a 21 yr old -w-

[6] Prismod?

Little smart sci-fi device from Spectrobes.

Simon has modded his significantly tho (and there are different versions)

His main use is keeping track of his data, including hp, mana/mp, stamina etc. Including different GUIs/stats/menus from different games- cough battle styles.

I actually made most of my ui in Pokémon: Simon's story coherent to this. Having a sci-fi hologram look. Simon actually flips open a holo-screen in his throwing animation if you look carefully.

Right that just about sums everything up!
