In the original Storyline the Tubbytoaster was used to kill the players (At least on TL 1 and 3), so why not be something like Noo-Noo? the behavior of this tubbybot would be basically the same as the tubbybots of the original storyline, if it see a human face will associate that with the tubbytoasts and try to stuff it into itself, basically being a walking paper shredder of humans. And well, the CEO would modify an ordinary Tubbytoaster to give it arms and legs and pasting with a sticky tape a 3D printed Tubbytoast to give it a constant smiling expression, and yes, just like Noo-Noo can store inside it corpses
