This 'Just Stop Oil' bull crap pisses me off. For one, it's not that easy, a lot of major things such as cars are back boned by oil and petrol. It would catastrophic to just... stop using it.

Over time, definitely. When there's more stuff in place to replace the need for oil. But that can't happen right now.

Trespassing on a historic monument and dumping orange paint on it is just stupid. What are you actually achieving? Nothing. You're just causing more people to go against you because you're assholes who are trying to get a genuinely important message across in a MASSIVELY STUPID WAY. And it's not like it did anything, it got cleaned off like immediately (oh boy shocker that THE stonehenge would be cleaned if vandalized).

It makes people go against your cause, it disrupts the peace and it ultimately just makes people to NOT want to support you.
