Incoming parties in the new patch!

Rewrote a buncha code for QOL, mainly networking, it wasnt what i needed, I've overall improved networking imo. Also, on another note, chat is now resizable as well.

Here's some new gameplay, shows cleric spell Holy light and a bit of combat.
