A small game im working on Godot 4.4! its just a small and simple scroller-shooter game inspired by games like contra and metal slug's aerial battles. I wanted to make a game i 'can' as a beginner!

I've been wanting to make a metroidvania style game for a while now, after im done with a previous project, i want to make a game centered around a frog girl archetype! What do y'all think of the design? Any suggestions for the story/world/characters?
