Demon Carns has had many surgeries to look feminine.

Reason:Since he couldn't keep his old masculine appearance, he decided that trying to have a feminine appearance but still with his "banana" seemed like a good idea.

And the one who helped him a lot with that was his sister Verosika Mayday (yes, the one from helluva boss XD)
