Pre-Ink

first part of the timeline, it's where the studio hasn't been wrecked or anyone hasn't been inked yet. Y'know, everyone's still normal, Thomas, Sammy and Bertrum being grumpy, Lacie begging Bertrum to stay with her bc she's scared of the Bendybot, Alyssa, Wally, and Theo pull pranks, and Joey be like 'gEt BaCk To WoRk Or YoUrE fIrEd'

Post-Ink

NOW everyone's been inked/cartooned/whatever they were'd, the studio's flooded, and Henry is drinking soup that's been expired 30 years ago (yES, the soup has been expired even during Pre-Ink)

Inky Aftermath (or... that's what i call an aftermath? idk)

everyone went through the machine a SECOND time, then they got back their human bodies, except one catch, they're HALF ink/cartoon/robot/whatever they were during Post-Ink, so here are some examples

Lacie was the Bendybot during Post-Ink, now in the Inky Aftermath, she's back to human, but some parts of her body are still robot parts

Buddy and Tom, in Post-Ink, they're both Borises, but they look like their human selves, except their the normal sepia tone in the studio, and they have ears and a tail, their bodies are made of ink, in Inky Aftermath, their bodies are not made of ink anymore, they're not sepia toned, BUT, they still have ears and a tail

Allison, Susie, and Alyssa, they look a little similar during Post-Ink, now during Inky Aftermath, they keep their halos and wings, their still humans, and they can f l y

the other workers got the same effect too, im too lazy to list em, but when the designs reveal, y'know....
