Reason: Potential copyright from Nintendo as well as controversies surrounding his owner, Mr Pixel Productions.

Reason: Upon the confirmation of any character (unfortunately) meeting that criteria, there might be huge chance to get a massive backlash.

Reason: That's the some of strange case. As for FNAC FUR and Five Nights at Candy's 4 developement state, there is no sight or sound of these two games since both are probably in limbo state. Also making moveset adaptation for those cat twins would take a time.

Hamachi (Hamachi the Psychotic Killer)

Reason: That's the similiar case as for Candy and Cindy, but for a little bit. As Gavin O' Riley (the creator behind Hamachi the Psychotic Killer) has stated, there's no release date scheulded, but he's completing coding on or before April on that said year. And yet again, there's little or no idea for his moveset.
