Fixed Y3LLOW able to appear while Victaton is attacking. Now it can't appear while Victaton is attacking. (Ps. Lil Mento also can't appear while Victaton is attacking as well)
Made the SiegeYT attack timer reset back to max instead of slowly increasing overtime while on the right channel
Made SiegeYT no longer appear in Kids room if her AI is at 0
Decrease the red alarm cooldown a bit

I decided to work on the Burger shop 3 Dandy’s world pack mod. So far, I got 15/29 customers done. I still need to do backgrounds for each restaurants as well.
