Demo Release Date Coming Soon


Hey Guys!

So RickyG, the creator of Uppertale and Don’t Forget, has finished his Undertale Fan Game Engine! This means a lot for Glitchtale. RickyG has made the best Undertale fan games I have seen.

What does a custom fan game engine have to do with Glitchtale? RickyG claims to have made features that are really close to the real Undertale. I plan to use some of that to make Glitchtale. This will only affect the outcome of Glitchtale in a good way. Since all I need is some of the code from this engine, the demo of the game is coming REALLY SOON. I will soon decide a release date for the first demo. I plan to release the demo in bits unless something changes.

Worst case scenario, this is the plan for the demos:

  • Megalomaniac Demo

  • Yet Darker Demo

  • Determination Demo

  • Your Best Friend Demo

  • Continue Demo

  • FULL GAME

Honestly, I think the demo chunks will come out a little bit bigger than this but we’ll see.

So I’ve finally made the switch to GameMaker: Studio 2 and work on Update 2.0 has begun!!

This menu should kinda show you what I’m aiming for. Same game but improved and optimized.
