Descrapped Update v0.18.0 | D-Dog


The first of potentially many original characters to appear in the game.

In short, D-Dog is slow and shy, but will not forget you.

A more descriptive explanation of how he works. D-Dog will wander around the map covering his eyes. If you look at him, he will start to move his hands from his eyes. If you look at him for too long, he will start to chase you with no way to stop chasing you.

D-Dog is slow, so if you keep moving after he starts chasing you, you should be fine.

What's next for the next update?

Current plans for the next update is a rework on the Character/Map selection. This will be a larger update that will take some time as it will prepare Descrapped for other features in the future.

Next up

Got some ideas for a project I'll be poking around with very soon. I'm going to be building this up for VRChat, so I won't make a page for it here. Either way, I'll share progress and anything I create here!

A little camera system experiment that probably won't be making it into the game due to how characters like Golden Freddy act when in view of it. (Tripping their 'Recently Rendered' code and causing a jumpscare when on camera)
