For battles I didn't want to be uncreative and copy UNDERTALE so I changed it up a bit while also making it easier to code
When you encounter a random enemy, you have to survive for 10-20 seconds. Afterwards in the overworld, you get to choose whether you kill them or not.
You can't use items in battle, but you can heal afterwards or with Green Attacks. Also their will be multiple new attack types, for example, a
Purple Attacks
means if you jump and don't click left or right, you won't take damage,
Yellow Attacks
means the opposite.
Green Attacks
will restore 1 hp and disapear.
Red Attacks
an insta-kill (only used in genocide).
and a few more to come. Also the box can move when your being attacked. Their will be multiple souls such as
Normal souls
Red
moves normally in 8 directions
Blue
moves normally in 8 directions but gravity's added
Cyan
moves normally in 8 directions but movements more slippery
Turquoise
Slowly moves you towards the centre

Brown
restricts you to up and down movement only
Mixed souls (subject to change)
Blue and Cyan
moves like the blue soul but is more slippery
Brown and Cyan
moves like the brown soul but is more slippery
Brown and Turquoise
moves like the brown soul but you slowly move towards the centre
