After some time, I finally found a way to fix the error message that pops up whenever the player dies. So instead…the game will just close out lol

Additional Updates:

Control changes: Arrow keys have been added, so the player doesn’t have to move around with just WASD.

RMB: You can now hold it down and shoot enemies without getting your hands tired. No more having to break your fingers!1!1!!1!1!!!

Also, I’m currently working on a boss battle that’s going to appear in the game at some point, so make sure to stay tuned for that I guess.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
