THE THIRD DEVLOG FOR DUSTSHIFT THORNS
Written by @StressTown . hohohohoho...
NEWS:
Hello fans of DUSTSHIFT thorns! I have VERY good news to share about the general progress of the au and such.
We'll be covering a few bits and such of the demo's progress, along with news for the planned stuff in the future.
We'll start off with the part everyone is here for, I think.
DEMO PROGRESS :
The demo has been tweaked, touched, and poked and prodded to ensure it's MUCH MUCH better than the first iteration of the encounter. We have new music, new sprites, updated ideas and dialogue..
It's all around very good at it's current state, and we wish to finish polishing it!
SPRITE PROGRESS:

The new battle sprite has been done by @dELTA_valory , and the new background has been done by Lsdarkk.
MUSIC PROGRESS:
A sneak peak of the song will be uploaded later, but it's planned to be done and finished by segasonic! We have good progress on it, and the thumbnail has been posted on the account too!
CODING PROGRESS:
shhhhhhhhhhh..
-------------------------------
HOTLAND PROGRESS
We generally have the whole OST laid out past this point!
All that's left is to actually make the tracks.
We have a lot of stuff in private being made, and I hope you enjoy this!
This take isn't meant to be a "serious" DUSTSHIFT take, but moreso my vision on how I originally intended on it to be.
Serious, yet comical at times, but still focusing on the heavy weight of the story.
I want this project to show a story, not just with effects and cool fights, but with good dialogue, and natural progression!
-------------------------------
EXTRA :

I share a birthday with THORNS, and honestly.
A whole year with the project might've been the coolest thing I've ever gone through.
Ups and downs, high and lows...
Meeting people, losing people.
Getting better at my craft, and my vision being clearer.
I earnestly thank you guys for following this project, especially the few from the olden days, before we even got past SNOWDIN'S ost!
I hope the future is brighter for us all, and that this project keeps going strong.
Thank you, and sorry if this isn't much.
I hope you all have a good night!
