Ok so the lore document went along like this

Sans has the soul of ice, papyrus has fire, earth is an OC, water is undyne, Smarts is alphys, Cowardice is asgore, care is Toriel, Metal is Mettaton, Inventor is gaster, Sadness is nabstablook. determination is Frisk, Chara and Jack(the player), and Shadows and Light are NOT OCs but who they are will be a major surprise.
