Development Post Game Jam


Now that the Halloween 2024 Game Jam is over, I'm going to continue working on Afterlife to completion.

I will take my time with its development and creating all custom-made, game-exclusive assets for it. Progress will be slow, but updates will be regular Itch, here on GameJolt, and the Bakin Athenaeum.

I'm leaning more towards making this the same visual novel style game as in the demo, with minimal interaction, as it fits the overall storyline better. This includes a minimal menu, custom made UI, tasks/to do list, and a few other things, but for the most part the non-interactive visual novel style will be retained.
