Devlog #1


Hey!

So recently I've decided to start a new fangame on Turbowarp,

And so this is the first devlog.

WRITING:

15% Complete

Don't have much to say here, I haven't started with sans's dialogue.

MUSIC:

So far, the menu music, overworld music and credits music have been complete.

The credits music is subject to change though.

All can be found on the gamepage.

What I still need to do is:

-Battle theme

-Phase 2 theme (possibly)

-The choice replacement (possibly)

-Special Attack

-New credits music (possibly)

-Gameover theme

So music is like 30% complete.

Overworld:

The overworld's functional now and there is a trigger for the cutscene, however the sprites for the overworld are not done and there are a few interactable objects i'd like to add.

Battle:

One attack's been completed.

That's about it.

Menu:

The menu still needs the settings menu to do something and I need to add a few more things (sprites to make it not look boring, challenges, debug etc.)

Spriting:

1% Done

All sprites in-game are either ripped from Undertale or simple Vector graphics.

So yeah, expect this game to come out before the end of March or like in June or smth

i just thinkt he dusttale game is kinda unorginal

it makes me want to work on it less

game progress is resuming very cool

there'll be like 5 endings

but like 3 of them will not be really too different

sans doesn't use gaster blasters or most of his cool abilities in phase 1

he uses those in phase 2

I like the fact that nellie finished like half of phase one and like 40% of phase 2 in less than a week like bro i need to pay them or smth fr (unrelated image above for more views or smth)

i havent tested this attack ,. especially outside of laggy conditions//

Thought i'd mention Nellie is takin a break from their projects for a bit since recently they got sick, so i assume that's the cause.
