Introduction
Hello people! Welcome to the 3rd progress report of Dusttale: omega. I'm glad this month I can actually show you some progress, and hopefully you will like what we have to show!
Scrapped stuff
The first big thing that was scrapped was the snowdin encounter sans sprites. Things need to change for better, and even if I liked the sprites at first they started bothering me because of various reasons. I'll be giving you the lazy compilated spritesheet but later on I'll be posting the full one on my deviantart. If you want to use this please credit me.
Other scrapped thing was the whole lore doc. I scrapped it for 2 simple reasons: plotholes and originality. We'll be working on developing a better lore with hopefully much less plotholes and an actually interesting story to tell, so stay tunned.
Art progress
One of the things that had the most progress was art, I plan to revamp most of the gamejolt page once our artist has free time, but for now here's some art I made for multiple sessions of the game.

Here's an old art I made for snowdin encounter, I never showed this one so here it is.
Flowey encounter
Also teased before, this one is made for a concept of what I want flowey encounter to be, and I hope its later used somewhere else.
Sprite updates
The best thing of this devlog is certainly the sprite updates, some small things and big things were changed for the better, and now they look really sick!
Frisk sprite
This are still not finished, but hopefully will get into the game once the coding starts, if you have any critics/suggestions, feel free to say in the comments.

The sprite look a lot more polished now, and have a good contrast with the new background aswell.

sans overworld sprites
Another thing that needed an update was the sans overworld sprite, the previous one was...weird to say the least. Now it looks cleaner and personally better
Conclusion
