New Features:
- Sim screen now can use qualifiers (SHIFT/CTRL) to modify commands.
- Holding SHIFT while doing NEXT/PREV of all ships, will cycle through Healthy enemies
- Holding CTRL while doing NEXT/PREV of all shpis, will cycle through Healthy Friendly ships
- Targeting closest Healthy Friendly no longer selects a player occupied ship. It also now toggles between the two closest ships.
- Research and Factory Screens now will highlight Planets, installations and research centers/Factories that are selected.
- Added Ablity to Research screen to stop research.
- Research now in alphabetical order for ease of use.
- Added new Font Display sub system used for debugging and up and coming console system.
- Ability to Delete Servers in Multiplayer
- A player needs to be of Rank Warmaster to start a Multiplayer game

Fixed:
- Terrain now no longer pushes objects high into the sky or let's things fall through along the edges.
- Firing at terrain no longer stops at the first MegaTriangle for purposes of To-Hit.
- Deleting AI in Asset screen now works
- Research Screen now reports what it is researching correctly if research switched.
- Research now calcuates correctly the time left when research is switched.
- Asset screen sorting of bars improvements.
- Asset screen % now added to budgets.
- Asset screen changing ranks no longer demotes the Warmaster.
- Network now sends Research IDs across the network correctly.
- Issue in single player when retargeting would cause a crash because it was then calling a non-existant network
- Too small ships being produced by factories. Now appropriately sized.
- Designs from one player now correctly sent to other players for spawning ships and factory requests.
- Various minor fixes.
- Some of the testers reported an extra dialogue line, "Can you hear me?" at the start of the tutorial. Could not recreate.
