There was a unused power-up called the 'CaseOh-Balloon' that can make Mario extra fat. And if the power is wearing off, you have to eat the 'Big Mac' power-up to stay fat again. (also unused) But it was scrapped because they realised that when they put that idea in the game, the SNES weighs more than 100 lbs.
