One of these characters is Rage, who, if you don't count his combo inputs, only has 2 skills that can crit. This ironically makes using Hype Up! on him rather underwhelming.

I've made a discovery that it's something in the Vic Basic Module script that disables numbers appearing when using percentages in items or skills.
