do you guys think this is supposed to back up cave johnson's claim of black mesa stealing from aperture, or do you think it's supposed to show that aperture actually stole from black mesa

i was gonna change the encounter to the watercooler but you cant use content from future chapters so i would have to move this over to chapter 3 or 4
