We're aware of this, pretty much happens in low-end devices and right now we do not know how to fix it, but it's related to a shader that was used in the original 4.0 alpha (Channel Offset by Looki).

we are aware of this by the way, i apologize for the blue outlines but Blender 2.79 is a nightmare to work with when it comes to Mist. We just wanted to only use Blender to render the characters, but it seems we may be forced to use other tools too :/
