Hooway, TRTF3, the only game from volume 1 not to have a limited power mechanic

What is this; and why is it on my screen, I was played ATR1: Overdone, and hit random keys on my laptop, and this appeared.

Is it me; or is TRTF4 one of the hardest games of the TRTF saga, even its remakes are hard, it’s not as hard as TRTF2, but still.
