…Is today’s game. You control a ship like the one from yesterday’s game, but the one from today’s is fully functioning so that moving, rotating, and firing are all mapped to their designated ship part. Some of you might notice that this makes for a very clumsy and difficult to control ship, but I actually think thats a good thing. Imagine how interesting a multiplayer game would be if each player controlled one of these ships; matches would be hyper-stressful sweat-fests as you attempt to maneuver your ship, dodge enemy bullets, and hopefully take down at least one enemy ship.

A Basic Platformer I’m taking back what I said yesterday, and am dedicating the rest of this week to making platformers. Today’s went very well. I was able to add in a shooting mechanic, destructible boxes, a life system, and an automatic door.
No More Shops! Today’s game is a, finally, working shop menu. You switch between buying and selling a very small collection of items, (potions, ethers, and somas) and because I had extra time, I was able to add some sounds.
World Map 2 This is probably more a map of places than an actual world map. Anyway, the game is called Liabus; you scroll through the four places that occupy the land of liabus, and read a short description on each of them.
Terminal Today’s game is a point and click called Terminal. You explore the floating city of terminal from its warehouse to its hangars while learning about its inhabitants and how they treat you.
Lost Mage Today’s game is Lost Mage. You wander around as a lost mage, pick up articulate mage staffs, and notice vague references to previous games.
Fight! I was able to make a two player game today. Fight! has you commandeering either the red or green ship, and then blasting your foe to bits. Also, as of today, this project is twenty-percent complete.
The Twenty-second Day
Heartless I decided to leave out the sprite for jumping today. Instead, I focused my time on adding in two different weapons (a rifle and a rocket launcher), and some destrucible terrain.
Blue and Green Today’s game is rather difficult to explain. On one hand it is an arena shooter; on the other hand, it has small traces of yesterdays game in it. It can also be a one-player or two-player game. Anyway, heres a screenshot.
Did you know that today is #InternationalJazzDay? 🎷😎
No? 😯 Well, we couldn't pass up this date!
And what better to celebrate this day than #Pecaminosa #OST? 🎷
Let us know what you think about it and have a great weekend!
