The joke part here was that it could be seen ONLY if you looked hard enough while hiding under the bed in Floor 3, and had a specific chance to show up. The comic there would be called "Not So Twisted Sisters written by Tyler W. Tucker Fitzgerald (Tyler WTF)". It would've had the same Red Panda character, although in more appropriate clothing and doing a dumb face.

I've decided to not go with the joke and instead replace it with the "Life Is But A Bunny's Dream" comic seen on the bottom, where Sugar and The Beast (both from TRTF 5) are... lesbians.
