Powers: Limbs have unlimited stretching capabilities, Resistance to fire, possible teleportation

Origin: Mister Omart is a collection of demons put into a singular body. The demons constantly fight for control leading him to have multiple personalities. They vary in threat level, with some being low as 2 and one being as high as 10. This makes approaching him very unpredictable because we don’t know exactly which version of him we are dealing with.
Weaknesses: Mister Omart biggest weakness is cold, for it greatly limits his stretching ability. Each personality has their own weaknesses as well which are listed in section 3G of your packet.

Overall it is best to avoid Mister Omart all together or contact a MCF guard who is at least at Bravo Level.
