Dudes, just discovered Mr. Stain on Junk Ally. It was a Japanese CGI animated series made back in 2006, released by Funimation. It has some resemblance to Popee the Performer, yet some slight differences-

I found some episodes hiding in the special features of some Burst Angel DVDs.
It consists mostly of the adventures of Palvan and Mr. Stain, who I assume are possibly homeless. Given that they literally live in Junk Ally, struggling to find food.
