Hey gamers, it's been a hot minute since I've made a DevLog, the game has come along better than I thought it would, especially considering that I've made my own engine from the ground up, now, to those wondering why I don't use someone else's engine, it's because I'm too stupid to know how to use them.

Story

So basically, sand is minding his own business, then the Dakota child starts to kill everyones (very bad) and they do this a couple times until Chili Pepper started to reenact his COD streak from the night before, he also does this a couple times, until Sand said L bozo and Chili Pepper Dieded, that part is probably going to be a bonus fight in the game, anyways Sand goes back to his house, to eat hims Krabby Patty, put Mr/Ms. Dakota ated it and Sand was very angy, so he started to reenact Chili's COD streak himself and swears kills the Dakota Child (maybe avenge Chili too idk though) this does eventually lead to phase 1 (and no there wont be a Snowdin, Waterfall, or Hotland encounter). Now, Phase 1 is pretty much just normal DT phase 1 but funnier, and easier (because my engine is trash) so there isn't really much to talk about here. Phase 2 is the same deal, but Sand has found Chili's Lean Stash and he ATE it all, cups included, so now you're fighting a high loony that has a really big sword. Phase 3 is were things start to get interesting, you see sand knows a guy, Mr. K and he calls him and they do some Steven universe type fusion thing, and don't forget Chili is also there and after a couple minutes they unfuse, I forgot why, they just did, but they keep going until uh, they stop. Phase 4 is probably most different from the original DT, basically sand gets his drip jacket (cause he still thinks that's funny) and for some reason, Karmas got no B1#che$? Sans is also there and then sand uses the souls and together Sand and Sans kill you.

The Game

So the about the actual game, the attacks have been coded as well as the buttons, and finally, that game over screen and HP. other than that, I actually haven't been working on the game that much.

Sprites

So @DuudOnGameJolt has made the phase one sprites, which are pretty epic, as you can see.

Music

Uh yeah so, I made See you in hell bozo as well as Patty Flippin' on the Hour, I'm not sure when I'm gonna make the phase 4 music, but I'm probably going to make some bonus tracks (most of which probably won't be in the final game, maybe like 2 will), and that's kind of where I'm at right now, uh if someone has FL it would be pretty cool if you could remake my songs in it.

Jokes

I'm still low on jokes, and considering the fact that chapter 1 alone has 4 phases, I'm gonna need the jokes, so if you have any suggestions, please tell them in the comments.
