it seems changing the background color in rainbow road seems to do this to the ending

idk if this is a scrapped feature or not looked in the bsnes debugger and it seems its still has the rainbow road tiles and palette loaded in

1. I was drawing clover blowing a kiss then i had an idea and give her and the other 2 ocs lipstick
