Ellkisine marine aka Elle is a teenage girl who got into the public safety because of makima

PUBLIC SAFETY SAGA:

she grew up in a poor neighbourhood and family her mother was in debt to a gang and had to steal and do dangerous and weird stuff just for some extra cash to pay the bills for her mother

she dad left her when she was born and her mother had cancer her mother unfortunately died when she was 14

when she was only 15 she discovered the axe devil

the axe devil took a liking to her and saw her at her mother’s funeral the two met as ellikisine was kidnapped, tortured shot and killed out of nowhere The axe devil murged with her body basically reviving her and giving her a second chance at living her life.

she was found by makima and went to Tokyo since she heard of the public safety devil hunters and signed up to be apart of it

During her time there she was specifically close to Denji because they could relate to eachother and they’re situations

she wears skates because her and her mother use to always skate she currently lives by herself in an apartment and is in special diversion 4 soon special diversion 5 under makimas control to take down chainsaw man

ACADEMY SAGA:

after the public safety saga she applied to go to fourth east high school to be among people like her and coincidentally bumped into Denji and yoshida and she joined the devil hunting club for unknown reasons

she only goes in twice a week due to laziness and not caring seeing how boring school is she sometimes helps Denji take down devils but out of spite and also popularity

She is homeless as public safety stopped paying the rent for her apartment and she got kicked out she normally just doesn’t sleep for 3 days and find somewhere to Power Nap it’s normally someone she knows like Denji and takes care of herself while she’s there (she only stays for a day because she feels guilty for asking him if she can crash there) she has a job but it’s not enough for an apartment but it’s her goal

TRIVIA:

She use to be a kind sweet girl but when she joined the public safety devil hunters she slowly went insane due to stress and the shit she’s seen, she’s now rude, two faced, a back stabber while also being energetic and bubbly

she has bipolar

she sometimes has an identity crisis

she relates to Denji and strangely gets along with him but also have a rivalry

She though makima was cute

she’s a skater as you can clearly tell

She’s a big fan of jet set radio and owns a sega genesis, Dreamcast, game cube, game boy and a ds

her favourite Color is purple and pink

her favourite fruit is cherries

she is emotionally numb to stuff like death due to her being around it so often this also happened when her mother died and she doesn’t know why

shes sort of intelligent

she motivations are weird like Denji hers mainly being food and drinks

she can’t gain weight

she’s finds Denji funny and weird finding his motivation for boobs and girls funny

but if she could she would let him hit rn 😔✨✨

she’s never been to the doctors and has never had proper health care before

her teeth are surprising heathy though

she knows how to deal with most common and least threatening illnesses

she gets blisters and bruises a lot due to her not being careful and roller skating

She struggles to walk due to wearing skates all the time and tends to fall over
