If you want to make a meme stealing license just so you can steal and share memes, follow these instructions in the article!
First off, you want to download or screenshot the template.
Then go to something such as Canva or photoshop, then you can begin to fill out everything and add photos.
When that’s all done, save the image, crop out unwanted parts of the template and ta-da!
