-> This map focuses on the atmosphere and on it's playable character development. In terms of gameplay, this map is intended to provide a greater challenge to the player compared to the New York map (Launch Map).
-> The save game feature is not available on Storm, since this ability, while useful, somewhat removes the sense of urgency from the game. To provide more "limited" gameplay and fewer options, adding more "immersion" to combat, the Neck Shot Skill is also not initially present on the map.
Skills
- Once again increased the Slowness effect granted by the Legs Shot Skill when shooting the enemy a second time.
-> This change was made to help balance all Skills. Prior to this update, Legs Shot was an underwhelming option, as it did not provide good damage values and its Increased Slowness effect was still quite weak.
Enemies (New York)
- Now the Zombies past round 20 will deal 3 damage to the player. Both Zombies from the "Double Zombies" battle will only have their damage increased after round 25.
-> This change intends to provide more challenge to the player on the later rounds, adjusting the difficulty along with some other features from this update.
Items (New York)
- Added a new Item: Improved Grenade
-> This new grenade type can be found in later rounds, and just like regular grenades, has 20% chance of dropping from enemies.
-> This grenade deals 18 damage to all enemies, providing great use in many situations.
