Greetings, everyone!
To celebrate reaching this milestone, we’ve decided to reveal the very first Everlight MiniLog!
What will we be showcasing in the Everlight MiniLog series?
Technical updates.
Bug fixes and refinements for issues discovered after a Devlog release.
Bonus content that wasn’t shown or didn't quite fit in the previous Devlog.
Updates and polish for previously revealed content.
Kris’s New Design!

As our vision for the game’s overall art style has evolved, we decided to completely overhaul the protagonist's design.

Along with the refreshed look, Kris now features more detailed arm anatomy and a brand-new walking animation that looks and feels much more natural.
(The running animation will also be reworked in the near future.)
Major Dialogue Box Overhaul!
The dialogue system has also received a significant upgrade.
We’ve decided to introduce expanded customization options to make the interface more user-friendly and to ensure the characters feel more vibrant and expressive during conversations.
What’s on our customization roadmap?
Updated realistic character portraits (Set as the new default).
Background blur mode (To be added to the game settings).
Text outlining? (We are currently evaluating this feature).
Bringing back black-and-white portraits? (Under consideration).
Dialogue with Noelle (Preview)

Dialogue with Berdly (Preview)

Blur Testing (Beta-Preview)

We hope you’ve enjoyed these latest updates!
We are carefully reviewing every piece of feedback to ensure the project stays true to our shared vision-both ours and yours.
A massive thank you to everyone who continues to follow our progress and supports us with kind words. Your engagement is our primary motivation to keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles.
The team is currently navigating some challenging times, but that is no reason to give up. We are committed to giving our all and working tirelessly for the sake of the project, making Deltarune: Everlight the best it can be.
And remember:
The Light will never fade! 🪽
