Since the main bosses don't have direct counterparts, they'll just move one slot forward (from left to right):

Gar Kelp - Leader of The Navy Seals, a group enthralled with submarines, boats, or whatever other means to travel through water

Gordy Grain Belt - Leader of the Booze Boys, they all vowed sobriety, so they steal any booze away from people in any way they can. They wear novelty hats filled with WATER and SODA

Coach Coldstein - Leader of the Sports Schmucks, they just want to have some nice fun with other people while playing sports, tho, they get a littke roundy if someone DARES to cheat...

The River Monarch - Leader of the Ocean Spunk, a group devoted to their new God... a poster of a sports athlete drinking water. They host occasional tournaments to see who is worthy of joining their ~~cult~~ cause
