Could anyone help?

Anytime I try to open Showmans: The awakening I just get left on this screen and then it closes. I've tried numerous methods.

Such as: Running the game as administrator, clearing up storage and Redownloading.

I'm fully out of ideas.

I got impatient to make this joke so I’m gonna post this now then do it again when it’s actually 3 days till Xmas
