VHS has some abilities that are stolen like:

-If I have a wound on my arm the VHS spirit can turn the user's blood into black goo looking like ichor

-Blood that has been turned into black VHS goo can regenerate injuries from the most serious to the most common PIt can even regenerate It can even regenerate fractures

-If I lose a limb, like an arm, the VHS spirit can use the blood that was turned into black goo to reconnect the limb that was torn off.

But there is a catch:

-Regeneration takes a little while

-But the amazing thing about all this is that VHS can turn me into a puddle of black goo or like ichor.

Both for defense and camouflage
