I come to say a somewhat silly fact, when we were naming the game several quite generic names like "Remake" and "Reboot" were said, among them one that was "Insanity: A mind joke" in the end that name was changed and the name was left for the OST of the credits, but it was also changed but keeping a bit of the idea that it has to do with the mind, lmaoooooo
Next up
There was also a sort of prequel novel/comic to Insanity being planned, focusing entirely on the main antagonist, who was going to be a being of "agony" who manifests as Cakebear.
