Two mad scientists from animated kids franchises with pointy noises and strong accents competing in villainy who use several gadgets and equipment to get what they want, usually being an overtly ambitious and grand-scale scheme. Although despite their villainous nature, they are (somewhat) good people at heart and are genuinely great fathers, especially to their daughter(s), which contrasts to their rather neglectful parents. At the end of their series, both gave up their evil ways and ultimately became good guys.
