Fifth Day

At this point I’m pretty sure that I’m not going to be able to accomplish all that I wanted by the #gbjam3 deadline, but at least the first public test is already uploaded!

This version is just a performance test and basically you can only walk, shoot and crouch (to avoid being hit). I’d appreciate any input on how well/poorly the game runs (In the tests I’ve made on my own, the game seems tu run better with chrome; at least on Linux).

Even if I can’t finish on time, this has been a good learning experience so far, and it isn’t over yet!

Once again, thanks for reading.

Third Day The very basics are almost on place, although at this point the code is in serious need of some refactoring. My plans for tomorrow include working on the background, enemy animations and getting something at least minimally playable.

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower 🌻, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. 😂

What's coming out of your own improvs? 🤔

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Why walk when you can jump?

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

Made my first ever animation.

Some Shadow boss fight gameplay 👾

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
