"Final Story" Patch 9


SURPRISE!!

You are all getting a medium-small patch this time!

As it turned out, life has a funny way to give you breaks when you least expect it. So here is list of changes I made that will help improve this game's experience (I can only hope...)

  1. In Act 3's Prologue, Pinkie was able to use the "Twilight Gun" Skill, even thought Twilight isn't with the party at that point in time. So I decided to alter the skill for that section only so she would use a plushie version of her.

  2. In that same prologue, when you input the password at the beginning that gave the pony characters extra skills from beating Luna in Act 1, they will get to learn those skills as well when you play as them in said prologue. That way, it will make more chronological sense (And it could also help in dealing with the "impossible" Tirek fight).

  3. In Chapter 1 of Act 3, when Dog!Spike shows Sci-Twi the newspaper, I decided that she would read out what the newspaper actually says. This will help with the world building (at least I hope so...)

  4. I slightly updated the "Full Story Document" once more to fit with the new (slight) lore that the newspaper contents show.

And that is all I have for you! Now this doesn't mean that I will be regularly doing patches again. This was just one of those lucky moments where I have a break, and a burst of inspiration.

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
