It's called the "Healing Sunflower."

And, as its name suggests, it's a variant of the "Sunflower" and is also capable of healing plants on all four sides.

It costs 150.

And it's part of the PvZ Plus game.

Does anyone else remember this fangame fondly? Because I do...
