five new accessibility settings have been added if you struggle with the menu effects (this is the most barebones menu possible)

you can toggle text effect, background movement, shake effects, flickering and static for your liking

accessibility is cool

(hopefully) the final versions of all the expanded modifiers! some have changed and some have been added (also the colors are less harsh so yay)

testing out decoration for breaks

looks cool i think (gamejolt image compression may be killing this tho)
